Not at home during delivery: what now?
Is delivery of your parcel not possible? Then it will be kept for you at the courier service's distribution centre for 7 days. If the Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date. The courier service will then start an investigation. We will keep you informed until the end of this investigation.
